Terms
Last updated October 30, 2026
Giving Receipts (givingreceipts.com) is a service of Northpine Labs LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
What the service does
Giving Receipts turns the gift records you provide into year-end acknowledgment letters, using the elements IRS Publication 1771 lists for a written acknowledgment. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, does not file anything with the IRS and does not decide whether a gift is deductible. You are responsible for the records you provide, for the wording you choose, and for checking the letters and totals against your books before you send them.
Free preview
You can check a whole file and see every letter on screen for free, and download three letters to test your printer and envelopes. Free letters carry a small "Prepared with givingreceipts.com" line.
Season pass
- $29, one payment, for one organization's letters for tax year 2026. There is no subscription and no account.
- No limit on donors or letters. Fix your file and re-run as often as you need through October 31, 2027.
- One pass is for one organization. It is honour-based: please buy a pass for each church or nonprofit you prepare letters for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds
If it does not work for your file, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. A refunded pass stops unlocking downloads.
Acceptable use
Do not try to get around the payment, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to make the letters correct, but we cannot promise the service will be error-free or suit every file. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
